Our Product

CRMG is set to revolutionize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for small and medium businesses. CRMG's CRM and workflow management software suite, CMPro Plus™, facilitates sales, customer relations and marketing tasks such as contact management, group emails, document storage, contact history, document templates, mail merge, group calendar and action items.

Two powerful features in CMPro Plus™ include automatic lead reminders based on customizable rules and opportunity management.

Like their larger counterparts, small and medium businesses require Customer Relationship Management to foster sales and maintain relationships. While solutions with similar functionality have been available to large corporations for years, they have traditionally been cost-prohibitive for businesses with fewer than 500 employees. Thus, small and medium businesses have not been able to fully embrace CRM methods or automate sales efforts. CMPro Plus™'s sales to date and extremely high referral rate indicate that the performance enhancement capabilities of this software alone have ensured solid market acceptance.

 
Market
According to Gartner Dataquest, CRM software accounted for $25.3 billion in revenue in 2002 and is forecasted to total $47 billion by 2006.
